We praise and thank our Almighty God, for allowing us to celebrate the dedication of Joseph, the infant son of Zahid Hussain and Amina Khatoon.
And now, we are celebrating the new life that has been born in our community. Jesus had a heart for children. In Mark 10, we see Jesus interacting with children as part of his ministry on earth. The powerful reality is that Jesus was a child; he chose to come to earth to live the perfect life on our behalf. And he started as an infant!
Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 5: Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. 6 These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. 7 Impress your children with them. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. (Deut. 6:4–7 NIV)
