What is a prayer?
Ans: Praying involves talking to God and asking him to give us safety and spiritual Armour. As you are aware, we pray for both our material needs and our spiritual needs.
Why is prayer important in our lives?
Ans: As humans, we tend to believe that food and clothing are essential to our survival, but prayer is far more important. Our faith grows stronger as a result of prayer, and it also helps us get closer to God. The most effective way for us to ask for forgiveness is via prayer. It's the most effective way to talk to God about our issues. (Philippians 4:6-7)
How to pray to God?
Ans: The book of Philippians tells us that we shouldn't worry about anything as long as we give thanks to God and make our request known to Him (Philippians 4:6). Additionally, we must pray in this manner; avoid repeating words in prayers, as the ungodly do. They act in this way so that the people will hear their supplication. Your Father in heaven is aware of your needs. Therefore, dear ones please pray to satisfy God the Father rather than to appease others. According to 1 John 5:14, you should not pray with doubts in your heart, but rather, have faith that you will receive what you ask for.
Therefore, pray in this manner, (Matthew 6:9-13)
Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom comes. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And (forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen
